Third Party Consent Disclosure
By clicking, “Accept,” I/We authorize Guaranteed Rate Inc., D/B/A Certainty Home Lending to obtain from third parties any and all verification information and documentation that they may request. Such information shall include, but is not limited to, employment history and income; bank, money market, and similar account balances; credit history; copies of income tax returns; and rental/mortgage verifications. This authorization is valid for any party named in the preapproval or loan application. I/We understand and agree that Guaranteed Rate Inc., D/B/A Certainty Home Lending reserves the right to change the mortgage loan review process to a full documentation program. This may include verifying the information provided on the application directly with the employer and/or the financial institution.
