Notice to Vendors wishing to do business with Certainty Home Lending

Only certain corporate officers of Guaranteed Rate, Inc. D/B/A Certainty Home Lending have the authority to enter into contracts on behalf of the company. Employees of Guaranteed Rate, Inc. D/B/A Certainty Home Lending who do not hold corporate office, including branch managers and loan originators, do not have any authority to contract on behalf of the company. Guaranteed Rate, Inc. D/B/A Certainty Home Lending reserves the right to rescind any contracts entered into by an employee lacking authority and any vendor or service provider who enters into a contract with any such employee does so at their own risk.
