In an age of banking where most mortgage companies are so tech driven that they never even see their customers, we believe strongly that nothing is more important than meeting with our customers face to face. We offer all the technology, bells, and whistles that a customer gets with a national lender, but with the same great feeling you get by sitting down with your hometown bank. I started selling real estate in San Antonio when I was nineteen. I was a top producer for years before I decided that my daughter needed more of my time. I knew I loved the real estate business so I decided to try lending. I became a processor and learned the business from the ground up before becoming a loan officer in 1998. I started my first branch in October 2008 just as the mortgage crisis hit and thought I had made the biggest mistake of my life, but with a lot of hard work and support, we stuck with it and have grown the branch to what it is today. I live by the motto, "Excellence means caring more than others think is wise, risking more than others think is safe and expecting more than others think is possible." This business is not about loans, files, or borrowers. It's about people; people looking for the one thing we all want - a home. As an industry, it's critical that we do not lose sight of that. Buying or refinancing a home is the largest most emotional purchase you're ever going to make and I'd like to be the lender that you choose to help make that happen!!!!
